I think it's a type drawer - I can't remember them having any other name, but I'm dredging 40 year old memories here and I could be completely wrong!

Yeah a type tray or drawer, or also a printer's tray or drawer.

2 and 5 are type trays, so assuming 10 is for storing type trays, it's a type chest or type tray unit - I can't think of a special term for it.

The item 10 is "реал"
In german it is called "Regal".

Реал (в типографии)
Реал (от нем. Regal), стол с наклонной верхней доской и полками внизу, служащий рабочим местом для ручного наборщика (см. Наборное производство).

Here is one more definition: "стол-шкаф с полками внизу и наклонной верхней доской, на которую ставится касса со шрифтом для набора "

Hm, while the Russian word may be related to "Regal", that's not what I'd call it in German. "Regal" means a shelf of some kind, particularly something that doesn't have drawers. The box with the subdivisions containing the letters is called "Setzkasten" (setting box), while drawers are just generally "Schubladen".

The cabinet is a printer's drawer cabinet and the drawers are printer's drawers.
