I don't know what it says, but it looks like Vietnamese to me.

I was just going to say the same thing.

Additionally, I hope you (OP) find a person to translate that for you, because without the tone marks, you're probably not going to have a lot of luck with machine translation.

Yes, it's vietnamese. But I can understand only first and last line...

How are you? (are you well?) and Have a nice end of the week.

Hope someone will provide more information! :)

Hey sis, how are you?

Vua roi co di dam cuoi cua Phuong do'. Tham bi benh nen khong co di.
Recently I went to Phuong's wedding. Tham was sick and thus didn't go.

Chi co tin vui gi chua? Tet nay chi co dinh ve Vn an Tet khong?
Have you got any happy news yet? Will you return to Vietnam for this Lunar New Year?

Bye chi,
Goodbye sis,
Chuc chi cuoi tuan vui ve
Have a nice weekend

I translated this sentence literally, but it has an idiomatic meaning.
Chi co tin vui gi chua? is actually a polite way of asking 'Is there any baby news on the way?'

Probably that's because there are hundreds of living languages in Nigeria, and the official language is English. So, if there were to be a generic "Nigerian", it would likely as not be English!

(Not meaning to snark, just being pedantic. :) )

I've gotten the occasional spam in Thai (or another related script), Vietnamese and Hebrew.
