Estonian dictionaries

Looking for Estonian Etymological dictionaries, when I came across this on google: "Eesti keele mõisteline sõnaraamat" 'Notional/Semantic(?) Dictionary of the Estonian Language' I understand the word mõisteline, at least according to the dictionary entry, of something about 'notional'; (also apparently somewhat synonymous with tähenduslik 'semantic'; abstraktne 'abstract') but what exactly is a mõisteline dictionary versus your regular dictionary? Perhaps the dictionary isn't defining this decently enough?

Also, does anyone know of any etymological dictionaries for Estonian?
