Anyone have any idea how to get Polytonic Greek working on MS Word for the Mac? I have the Apple Polytonic Greek support installed, and it works like a dream. On literally everything but Word that is. It works perfectly on the freebie Apple word processor, but sadly that tends to bugger up my footnotes (of which there are many). I don't really want to print one page out from a different program either, as the formatting seems to get changed between the two, and this is for a dissertation, so it has to look presentable. I am also loathe to install a 3rd party thing to enable it, because I don't want to take the chance of Word suddenly not working properly when I have such a large workload (Mac versions of Microsoft programs tend to be pretty crappy, as if they want to prove macs are rubbish by making programs for them that crash a lot). Am I just going to have to give in and glue a little piece of printed greek paper onto the final printed copies?
Edit: I should add - the problem is that it won't let me type in anything but Roman letters in word, the only languages supported are french, german, italian etc that use roman letters, and if I do the Greek in another program and copy it over it just comes out as nonsense or blank squares, as if I had no Greek support on my computer at all
