Dragon Age II
So I pre-ordered Dragon Age II, which came out on Tuesday - and it didn't even ship until WEDNESDAY, and it won't be here until MONDAY. I'm really disappointed that I didn't get to start it this weekend, since it's my three-day weekend. (I have a pretty sweet schedule at work. I work every third Saturday, and every Friday after the Saturday, I get the day off... so three-day weekend every three weeks!)
I played the demo, and I'm not sure how I feel about it. One one hand, I didn't really like the frame-story format. I felt pulled out of the story every time the dude started talking again. It's like everything's happend already, and I'm just playing a giant cut scene. On the other hand, BioWare's always treated me well... so we'll see.
In other news, I packed five boxes today, and now I'm cleaning all the alcoholic beverages out of the refrigerator. Rum + Dr. Pepper FTW.
