I'm in the process of getting rid of the clothes that don't fit me anymore, or that I don't want to wear.  Actually, I'm getting rid of some things I DO want to wear, because I just have too many clothes.  A rather ridiculous amount, actually, and as I sit here and stare at how many I'm giving away, I'm more than a little bit ashamed of myself.  Those are my UNWANTED things.  I do wear an awful lot of clothes, though.  I frequently wear at least two outfits a day, sometimes more, because of working out or dancing (or working more formal events at work).  On the rare occasions I go out after work or school, I probably wear a different, nicer outfit for that.  It's not like I don't use my piles of clothing, but it's still excessive, so I am brutally culling the things I don't wear often enough to keep.

There is something so satisfying about washing the last load of clothes and putting them away, knowing that no matter what you might want to wear in the morning, it's going to be clean.  I love that.  Endless possibility.  It's great.

(In case you can't tell, I finally got to the washing machines.  I began my laundry at 12:15 a.m.  There are some advantages to being an insomniac.)
