Another St. Martin Update
Today we started VBS... we had about 35 kids. 1/3 were in my group, the older kids. They are harder to control because they get bored easily from the lesson since we have kids from 5 to 13.
Yup... so afternoons are more relaxed this week, but we still have to finalize plans for the following day at VBS in the afternoon.
Happy Independance Day!!! Although we aren't doing anything special since it's Monday in a non- us territory, I am making my famous skinless fried chicken. I heard that the YIM team in Guatamala gets to have fireworks at the US Embassy there. Oh well... maybe we'll sing the Star Spangled Banner a few more times. One girl on our team is Canadian, so on the 1st of July we learned Oh Canada since that's Canada's special day...
I am going to make dinner in a little while... after a bit of planning for tomorrow. Have an awesome week!
