camping, party
camping was tons of fun. sadly, it was mostly rainy, but we did manage to have a good time. i went swimming in lake simcoe and it was fairly cold, but really refreshing. i also bought the most awesome pyjama pants at giant tiger (which is a ghetto store only found out in the country). they are black with pink floyd's dark side of the moon logo all over. i wore them all weekend, well almost. we basicaly hung around playing cards or reading or just chilling around the fire. we ate junk all weekend, which is what you're supposed to do on a camping trip.
we got home around 2:30 today. i took a shower and then my dad drove me to the east end. some friends were having a party because they're leaving for uni. it was so much fun to just chill with my latvian friends again. we always have so much fun. we were also discussing how we know so many nice and normal latvian guys, but finding nice and normal canadian guys is extremely hard. all of the decent guys i know are latvian! or, at least from the ones i can name off the top of my head. i'm sure if i thought about it, i could find a nice canadian boy, but i'm too tired to think that much right now.
i am so surprised that summer is almost over. it's gone by so fast. *sigh* now hopefully job stuff will align and things will be less hectic. this weekend is a trip to the states, which means i can buy stuff on the way home at duty free. yay!!!
