holy s*** it's almost september
well the AIDS conference went really well. it was an awesome experience and i had fun. it seemed that at the beginning of the week it was going to last forever, but on friday while we were helping pack up the office it was like "woah, that ended quickly". friday night i picked up a bottle of wine on teh way home and then sara and jess came over. we made sangria and then watched ali g for a bit. basically chilled. it was very relaxing.
woke up late on saturday, did nothing, went to work. work sucked. adrienne, her 2 cousins and my brother walked me home.
woke up late this morning as well. clenaed up the kitchen, which is really good because it was a mess, did some laundry. i was going to vacuum, but i think i'll leave that till tomorrow. my dad's getting home from the cottage tonight. tomorrow, i'm going to ask to go practice parking for my test. i have seen my dad for a total of maybe and hour in the last week. i'd leave while he was at work, and come home when he was asleep, so it'll be nice to have a family dinner again.
i really can't believe how fast the summer went by. but i guess that's how time is. now i just have to focus on saving some money, hopefully getting a better job, and finding some scholarships so i can go to uni next year. as well as convincing robin and shamin that we should get an apartment when i go to ottawa. anywho. i'm off to do something mindless on the internet.
