Apparently the DOJ has said it's okay with them if the Fourth Circuit withdraws its ruling on Padilla. Which is really weird because that's an extremely pro-administration precedent that you'd think they'd be eager to keep. They must be absolutely terrified of what will happen if Padilla gets to the Supreme Court.
