Checking in
Work: A public defender was super bitchy to me, and I lol'd. In another case, a different public defender "fucking hates" a particular officer (her words exactly!) and I lol'd some more. After he testified yesterday I walked out of court and said to him, "Why does she hate you so much? Did you kill her kitten or something?" The officers all put on super classy testimony and dealt very ably with the public defender's attacks. (I'm not sure I could do a job where I had to listen to people call me a liar to my face and not lose my shit at them.) Guilty verdict in 30 minutes. The guy got 6 months, and he's backing up 3 years to another judge on a probation for a drug case. I hope he gets every day; he's a drug thug.

That's...about it really. My god I am boring. I go to work, come home, write fanfic, and then I watch episodes of Archer. That's about it.
