Okay, back in the day I had the habit of writing (or plotting) these insanely bad fanfics based largely on ideas I stole from movies and books. Unfortunately while I still have a lot of the plot-work I did, most of the time I didn't write down where I got my ideas, so some of them I can't remember. (Here's a fun trivia fact: my reference in Zerohour to Mike as 'Hellfire' comes from one of these badfics, the plot of which I stole mostly from the Westmark trilogy by Lloyd Alexander. Every time I reread that fic, I wish I had not done that.) So anyway, for some reason, tonight I started thinking about another old badfic which involved Mike and Don being turned into wolves.
Are any of you familiar with a book or series of books featuring wolves who are really human, or part human, and who have their own language and culture and whatnot? The only thing I can think of off the top of my head is Clement-Davies' "The Sight," and I know that's not it because it was written about 2 years ago, and I was working on this fanfic at least 6 years ago.
