I have Julie-esque crying jags on a pretty regular basis, so I'm supportive of this.

Glad you like it. :)

Arg - this is adorable. The two of them are just so damn cute. And I loved that convo between Julie and Tyra.

I don't know that I've commented on this fic for awhile, but I adore it. All of it. This chapter was lovely -- with Julie starting realize that maybe the world outside Dillon isn't going to automatically be awesome (which really, all those conversations with the friends out of town haven't sunk in? Teenage POV is always so impervious.), and then taking it out on Tim when he was happy to see her.... I was actually really pleased that Julie told someone else about Tim, because why should Tim be the only one to suffer from the external judgment? But I loved Tyra for reacting in a more mature way than Julie expected. And the apology was lovely. All of it.

I always am so happy to see the updates to this. I'm really going to be disappointed when the story (summer?) ends.

Impervious is the perfect word for her worldview at this time. Poor Julie! She's a smart girl but she has her mind set right now.

I'm going to be a little sad to finish this one, too. I've got some other fics I'm eager to delve into, but I've really enjoyed writing this one.

Thanks so much for commenting! I always enjoy hearing what everyone liked/didn't like. :)
