Pirate them both!
So, in Law yesterday we started economics. Economics are hardly relevant to law, but since my school doesn't have an economics class, we have to cover it in law in...two days. About three hours of class time. Cheryl posed us with a problem:
"You go to Borders to buy a CD. You have $15. There is a CD on sale for $13 that only has one song you like. There is another for $17 with several songs you like. Which one do you choose?"
Peter replied:
"Neither. You go home, and pirate them both."
Of course, everyone cracked up. Because my class is weird.
As are my teachers.
I had my Spanish exam today. I only wrote half a page for the written part, when I was supposed to write a full page. T___T Really hope that doesn't affect my grade.
Did my final presentation in Speech yesterday. Whoopdy-doo.
I don't have to go in for my Algebra final next Thursday, since our final was a review packet that I finished last Sunday. More whoopdy-dooing.
I ordered a bunch of stuff from Amazon with my money. The fifth volume of the FMA manga, the second FMA DVD, an FMA soundtrack and a BoA CD. Only the manga and DVD have come, and I am yearning for my music. I'm sick of the stuff on my iPod. I love it dearly, but I've already listened to it all so much it really isn't energizing me like it used to. I just wish Amazon had a copy of the FMA OST (what I got was the collection of the opening and ending themes, which rock out loud). I'm really getting into the music of FMA.
I'm getting into FMA in general. I'm mad at myself too, because when the second half of the series was first airing, I just didn't really care and missed ten episodes. Episodes that were probably filled with one of my favorite characters who almost never appears--Envy. >_____<
Speaking of anime music...
I've discovered that Wolf's Rain has practically another entire soundtrack's worth of music that wasn't put onto a soundtrack. There are only two, and I can count about ten or eleven tracks that weren't on either of them. Which makes me angry, because I like most of those tracks.
I've got a couple ideas for some FMA fics...but I've got writer's block for both. There's one I'm only outlining right now, and another that I sorta kinda not really outlined and I already have one chapter written and ready for a beta reader. I'm also working on the second chapter, but only have a couple pages.
Cannot wait until next week. I have exams, meaning I get two days off from school, one half day, and one day where I only go in for an hour and a half for my Law exam. Then I get the following Monday off.
But...for Forum, I have to make some sort of presentation. At first, I just waved it off, confident that my forum leader would forget all about them as my fellow forum mates were kind enough to tell me. She hasn't though. Now she's pulling names out of a hat monthly to schedule who goes when, and I have NO earthly idea what the hell I should present. My mind it rid of any ideas.
Kris said I could do something about a trip--I haven't gone on any interesting trips.
She also said I could present a hobby of mine--my hobbies are writing, drawing, image editing and coding layouts. How the hell am I supposed to present any of that?
I don't have to present in February, thank goodness. I may not have to present till May, if I'm lucky. But still--I want to be prepared. I'll get no credit for forum if I don't do this. Not like a I really care, since forum isn't a real class. But it'd be embarassing to be the only kid who didn't present. >>;;
