Terribly stretched with great, unrealistic conclusion jumps from all around.
No one would be happier then me if another part of DC Universe comes to screen...but do it decently.
I mean... the guy is getting saved from an island and in the first few sentences we find out that that his mission is to clean up his city. And then later on we find out that it's a mission from his dad that he tasked him with while they were lost at sea. And what a great dad to believe that his only son would not only survive but also fix his mess. So, sure, he killed his friend and then himself in front of the already mentioned son.
And then in the city... everything is moving so fast, he's so sure what he has to do and.... I'm sorry, but this feels really implausible.
Sad thing is, this all might have been fixed with merely a bit longer pilot.
Oh, and no narration would not hurt.
