the eve
I only have myself to blame. Anyhow more or less things are settled. Boxes are sealed and ready to transport back to Singapore. My luggage are half packed. The second hand shop owner will come by to purchase the furniture and appliances, I hope. I am expecting to lose money but some money is better than no money at all.
I am spending the eve in Gong, welcoming the new year with Rosie and Ron at the Gong beach. It will be great if Ana and Feng are here too or I am with them at Sydney. I will be missing out on the fireworks at Harbour Bridge. Oh well...Not sure if we should be celebrating afterall 60,000 people have died in the disaster. I guess we should be mourning more than celebrating. Let's hope and pray all of us will have a smooth kick start to 2005 especially for my love ones.
