the tops of those diagonals, from the beams up to the underside of the platform/loft... are those glued in or just held by the tight fit?

the fit is not quite perfect perfect.... i was still practicing and trying to do as many cuts as possible with the circle saw.

theres a 3" screw shot top down to fix it.

i'd like to do some really nice tight joinery at my own house this fall....

i live in a town with napoleonic code (cops can improvise law) that was untill recently %78 black with lots of racist fall out from the first half of the 20th century. we have a %16 illeteracy rate a very corupt legal system and the whole city was partially destroyed by a flood 2 years ago.

its also a seedy debaucherous port city and a french colony. and the whole place is built on to of a swamp filled in by toxic soils vomiting out of the end of the mississippisssippi.

we are also the main hub for eastern amerikan crack distribution. raw coke comes here from TX and is processesd in to crack and then shipped out. alot of the city is on the rock. you can by a $5 rock from an 8 year old 10 blocks from my house.

and the main vampire coven of amerika is here and so is satan.

thats why everyone here is nuts.
