Live Journal Virgin

All right. I am going to try this Live Journal thing. Its hard to believe I used to support computers - this seems really foreign to me. I think its the interface. Must say it is quite the shite. I have looked at others sites a little:

Jensenne - I am glad things are rolling for ya - good luck, you will do well
Jeannette - shut it - don't make me come over there, hope you are well and school is good
Dan - you are very detail oriented
Anja - I will talk to you soon

I am at school right now, working on my typography skills. I had been feeling a little skeptical as to whether this experience is worth the monster $$$ it is costing. It seems a little juvenile, or maybe its cuz I am an old man. But now I have setup an independent study session with the VP creative at SonyBMG (which I get credit for) and will let me work on shit I dig. Hopefully wow him with my stick-to-it-ivicity aswell. He seems to think I am at a good point in my life to do this. Things are getting busy now so I am feeling better.

Looked at a studio in the EastVillage last night! Yikes, it was literally a rathole - basement, no windows, smelled like ass ... but was cheap $600. Realistically it is going to cost me 1200-1400 a month to get a place in Manhattan that is liveable in a good location.

Lots has happened since I got here 2 weeks ago, but I am bored of this. I will summarize things in a future entry.
