Ugh....
I am so PISSED right now.
Yesterday I was unable to access ALEKS for class. After being on the phone for 30 minutes with no help, I hung up and called back. I had to download the Netscape browser because Microsoft's was being difficult.
So with that behind me, now I sit here unable to participate in class again. I can still have discussions and everything, but I can't access my rEsource page where all the reading and the ALEKS link is located. This blows. To top it off, I have to wait on hold for 40 minutes to have UoP tech support try and help me. 12 minutes down...28 to go!
