just wanted to take a moment and rec a few things
life's busy busy right now, so I'm not around much. I did want to point people to a couple of great SGA stories though.
I'm sure everyone knows that xanthestories has started posting the prequel to her massive BDSM story General and Doctor Sheppard. The prequel is set totally in AU John and Rodney's universe. Read the first two posts here: Coming Home Great stuff and well worth the wait. (Note - if you don't know what BDSM means, or power play relationships squick you - skip it, or at least make sure you read the author's notes ahead of time). I adore this story already - umm, I skipped my workout and was late to work because I couldn't tear myself away from it this morning.
And here's another great story - Good to Want by yin_again. It's a short bittersweet look into John/Rodney's relationship. Packs an emotional punch in a few tight paragraphs. My jaw clenched when I read this story, and I had the distinct urge to punch someone.
and finally, a heads-up on a story by sgatlantislight she hasn't actually publicly posted yet, but stay tuned for Aleatoric Life. Lots of angst, drama and hot sex!
