My room-mate is going up to Portland for the Gay Pride festival this weekend with his boss. I almost with I could go too, but I don't really have anyone to go with. My husband won't want to and my best friend is working until sunday. However she and I are planning on going to the movies Sunday so I suppose it isn't too bad.
There is a little theatre pub in town called the Northern Lights. You pay three dollars and get to see a second run flick and you can drink alcohol and order food to eat while watching it. It has to be one of the best things about Salem right now. It is in-expensive, fun, and has really good food. *laughs* Not to mention the owner is kinda cute and very nice.
