here is a toy that i made for my Budgies. finding a foraging toy that accomodates Budgie sized pellets is tough... so i made my own! we are busy working on a new foraging line exclusively for the Store, and one of the goals are toys for small parrots as well as ones designed for pellets and wet foods, not just "treats".

now onto challenging foraging. this may or may not be easier for your bird. some birds will not start to forage unless they see the object they desire. you need to work with a bird like that to get them to understand object permanence (just because you no longer see an object does not mean it disappears, it is still there). many foraging toys are ( Read more... )
