My gosh... I just got an invite for my 20th high school reunion on October 25th. Certain parts of high school are still crystal clear in my memory, and still immediate in my emotions; I remember having to lip-synch in the choir for this one song because it made me cry, which messed up my voice, so I went silent during that part, and just pretended to sing. My throat still tightens at the thought. Twenty! Years! -- How time flies.
