wow..capoeira is the coolest thing i've seen. really hard to do too.. but i'm up for a test, like it involves flips and all these tricks and stuff. its supposed to be a fighting type dance. it can be a real fighting stance if you practice it that way. it involves a lot in just confusing the opponent basicly.. it actualy disregaurds all use of hands so head/elbow/knee/feet are pretty much the only part of the body that hits the opponent and i think it's great because you can include boxing as the hand to hand part of fighting. some of breakdancing is from capoeira.. so it won't be as diff as a fresh beginner. i'm currently trying to do air-summersaults (no hands) and it is really hard but i nearly got to land on my feet, it was a sorta bad landing but it was still on my feet right before i slid onto my butt lol now to just practice and it will soon come to me and after that im sure other moves will come easier as well. backflip is a good demand so i'm gonna hav to suck it up and just deal with my fear of breaking something on my way backwards. well that kinda sums up what my goals are in my physical goals. alright well goodnight
