Another Melody update

Last Thursday, Melody visited her nurse to get her second shot against various diseases.

Measures: weight=6140 g, height=62.5 cm, head circumference=41.1 cm. She is still just about following her graph, but this time there was a slight change; she went up 1/4 of a graph on her weight. That's a good thing, since she's on the lower side of normal still.

The shot went almost as well as the first time. But not quite. Some tears were shown, but they disappeared when Mommy hugged her. She's a good girl. No fever or anything after the shot this time either.

This weekend has been very active for Mel. Last Friday, her and her Daddy went to see cockermom and her family while Mommy was kidnapped by her Mom and sister. Melody had a good time in Borlänge apparently, because she crashed early after coming home.

All Saturday afternoon was spent at Mel's grandma's place, since both Auntie and cousins were there, visiting. They hadn't met since July. Mel got to stay overnight. She played alot with her cousins, so maybe it's not so surprising that she was dead tired when she came home today.

Also, trustworthy sources report that Melody makes progress foodwise. She has changed formula from Baby Semp to Baby+, that is, one step up. She has also tried some new flavours in food, including REAL banana, which tasted strange, but ok, sources say. The source (my sister) also reports that Melody had a FULL portion of porridge for the first time this morning. And ate it all! If she continues like this, she'll soon be a big girl.
