Made some super good homemade chicken noodle soup today!
Breakfast
Took it easy on breakfast today, had 2 pieces of whole wheat toast. One with Raspberry preserves and 1 with butter and cinnamon and sugar.
1 glass (about 6 oz) of plumb start
Lunch
I made homemade chicken noodle soup.
Chicken, celery, red onion, thyme, rosemary, salt pepper cooked for 3 hours crock pot. Then took the chicken breasts out chopped em up put em back in. Added some of those whole wheat noodles from my pasta dish. and 1 can of stewed tomatoes that had basil and oregano. Added some more thyme, rosemary, and some basil. Cooked for another few hours in crock pot.
Snack
2 Juicy Juice box
1 orange
2 smalll bowls of soup from lunch.
1 lt of water.
Dinner
Chris brought me home steak and shake (baaadd) but he worked late and he doesn't like my soup!
I had 1 turkey club (which for the most part is bad due to bacon and mayo but oh well =p) and I gave him half my fries so I only ate a tinnny bit with some mustard. (fuck you ketchup for having HFCS!) and I dipped my sandwhich in a few scoops of the broth from my soup I made.
