Breakfast

1 Banana
- vitamins Calcium, and Prenatal
1 Small glass of Calcium enriched,  med pulp simply orange, Orange Juice.

I was bad and decided to go back to bed instead of eating a real breakfast!

Lunch

Had a plate of the pasta recipe I posted today.

Glass of water

Snack
1 side salad from wendies, ranch dressing on the side (hey chris went there to get lunch at like 2 and I figured why not. )
1 nectarine

Dinner

3 egg omelet with some fresh cut tomatoes, spinach, and red onion. And a sprinkle of chedder jack cheese  (ugh was too much!)
1 mulitgrain english muffin with some smart balance butter, and a tiny bit of strawberry preserves.
1glass of milk with 2tsp of strawberry milk syrup. ( WIN)

Kinda mad at myself for not drinking alot of water today, but I didn't feel thirsty so I guess I'm okay.

depending how late I stay up tonight, I might sneak in a activa later, but I'm feeling so full from my dinner still (ate late)
