Ok, I guess I couldn't stay away damn it!!!!

Ok, so I originally was going to delete this thing because I have way too many distractions going on in my life right now (this and myspace just being more). But, I decided that this little thing is somewhat therapeutic, so I will continue on. (Plus, if I can't get my thoughts out in a constructive manner, I'm afraid that I will become destructive ;)

Lets see...first things first. I am so excited about my new apartment. Even though it is incredibly small (the living room converted into my bedroom) I'm still only paying around $275 p/m (including utilities). I will be able to save mad loots and for that, I am ecstatic. As an added bonus, I adore my roommate. She is pretty much one of the only few women I can stand and our cats get along fabulously. I felt really bad at first because her cat seemed to be allergic to my kitten. His poor little eyes were running, he was sneezing, and he couldn't even squeak out a meow. Luckily, he started being social again last week and was able to meow and kick my kitten's ass ;)

I believe I was starting to go overboard in the decorating area. I just can't seem to get enough of World Market, Pier 1, Bed, Bath, and Beyond, Linens and Things, Target...... I definitely would say that I have some sort of eastern Asian theme going on ;)

I've started to build on my dvd collection. I never really needed to purchase any dvds before, since my roommates always had pretty much any movie you could think of (movies that are worth watching). I've built up quite a nice collection so far (via Walmart and their $7.99 section) but I must have more!!!!!!*foams at the mouth*

I would like to get:

Saving Private Ryan, Enemy at the Gates, American History X, Donnie Darko, Gladiator, Glengary Glen Ross, South Park, All of the Law and Order SVU series, American Psycho........

On a totally unrelated topic (but a topic that goes along with my new saving money mission) I have started to take Marta. It's actually pretty sweet. It only takes an extra half hour out of my day, and the benefits far outweigh anything negative. Not only do I help to keep the air cleaner, but I save on gas and wear and tear on my car. Plus, it's awesome that the bus gets to drive on the shoulder. I get to pass all you suckers on 400 ;) I also get home faster on Marta because people can't seem to drive very well in the dark. I mean, WTF!!! Why is traffic still so backed up at 7:00pm?!? DUMBASSES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyways, that's a somewhat brief rundown of the little things that have been going on recently. There's tons more but I just figured I would hit the highlights. I will post pictures of the kitten soon enough, but in the meantime

PEACE!!!!!
