Like, I have no fucking clue, just the way he says it and I'm all like, "unf say it again dean." I have a lot of weird visual/verbal kinks when it comes to Dean Winchester, it's so freaking weird. (allhisengines knows; I made her watch the 'Dark Side of the Moon' opening like ten thousand times because Angry!Dean in the beginning gets that southern twang when he's telling the guys to go ahead and shoot him and omfg you guys have no idea.)

I love that Cas acted like such hot shit in front of Sam, but when it's just Dean and him, he shows a wonderful range of emotions. He's not like before; he knows Dean well enough to tell when he's hurting, and right now Dean's probably the most distressed he's ever been because not only is his only healthy relationship on the rocks because of the whole vampire thing, his brother is not only keeping secrets from him but it might not even be his brother. I love the fact that Cas shows Dean how helpless he feels when it comes to the subject of Sam, mostly because there is nothing he can do to help.

I really do love the differences in the relationships now; how Dean is emoting more towards Cas and keeps bringing up the subject of humanity, and what I really enjoy is that it does get a rise out of Cas, that Cas is obviously affected by last year's events and that he's not turned back into what he was at season four. He's back in basically the same position he was before, only now he's got both an external and internal problem in Heaven and he can no longer be the emotionless soldier he was before, not with everything he's experienced. I'm really loving this character development, and also how it affects the relationship between Dean and Cas.
And of course while Cas is out searching, grab another quick drink.
