ze update
it's been a while!! have all my livejournal friends been wondering how i'm sustaining myself? ^_^
let's see... well, last night, over plates and bowls of golden lotus (ginger fish, lotus salad, chow fun soup) ms. syllie explained the saturn returning thing to me (and i did recently get a saturn CAR on loan... ha!) now i understand why i've been itching to punch, kick, and dig my elbows into every annoying white dude who looks at me the wrong way. and for the white dude who opened my car door and cursed at me, I'M GOING TO FIND YOU AND KICK YOU IN THE HEAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

so, what was i saying...
very good coffee in seattle (vivace). mmmm... i brought some back with me, to make with my new coffee grinder (free, courtesy of FIGHTING with stupid credit card company), in my new kitchen, in my lovely new apartment ^_^
the biggest factor in my newly acquired gourmet-level food consumption is ms. k stine, PAL herself, who has been cooking up a storm. i leave work on a regular basis, to walk five blocks to her backyard and indulge in a 2.5 hour lunch. mm...mmmmm
mangomartini11 and i went for a much needed cowburger this week at barneys. then we snuck into a random building and played chess. i want a rematch, dammit.
last weekend, ff and i went to the homemade cafe for the first time in at least a year... and reconstructed our famous creation - the guapple cream. i'm not telling you what the recipe is. we're gonna sell it one of these days... and make a gazillion trillion dollars.
that's it folks. i can't remember much else.
please send me to good places to eat in new york and atlanta. ASAP.
