I don't like to play favorites with my children, but my son can already look for stuff better than my daughter. Of course, I'm of the mind that this is my fault. We're watching Avatar: The Last Airbender right now (love this cartoon), and they're in a big fight. There goes my daughter doing little faux bending movies... and my little boy starts imitating her, noises and all.

I have roast beef and cake to look forward to tonight. It's a very good day. Now, back to catching up on writing reviews for Dollhouse.

I know I haven't been around, but you can all guess why. Little Man is defying both sleep and the boundaries of diapers. Motherhood is fun, really it is.

9lbs 6oz
21in long.
Looks like father, but has my eyes so far.
Sounds like a squeaky toy when crying.

Nervous as can be, putting together last minute things and going through my hospital bag, my daughter's over-night 'just in case' bag, and trying to remember what all should be in a diaper bag [it's been seven years, you forget things]. Well, today's my due date, and not a sign of labor in site. Not surprising. I cannot wait to see tonight's Dollhouse, I'm just praying that Mellie doesn't bite it. You know your husband has firmly entrenched himself in fatherhood when he has the chance to get out and hang with the guys to watch the Super Bowl and, instead decides to stay home because his daughter said she'd never seen it and wanted to watch it with him.
