Last week didn't really happen.  Late night and off balance from poor hearing last Saturday night meant Sunday didn't result in me getting around to a yoga DVD.  I was home late Monday and Tuesday so just didn't feel in the mood to start at 9pm, Wednesday I did actually get to go to my yoga class and well not much happened on Thursday and Friday ( Read more... )
