Another techie guy went to the house to check the connections. I informed him of the stuff that the previous DSL support guy did - which was to test the connections and have the ports in their server changed. So the new guy, after acknowledging what the previous guy did, changed something on what he called cable pairs. I rechecked my connection ( Read more... )
