After a few days of Snickers and coke binging I'm back on track. I've walked 1.5 miles today and had 2 bottles of water. Thankfully my period only comes once a month.

I just walked a mile. I walked at a faster pace than I normally do since I said I'll try cutting back my distance to lessen the chances of aggravating my back. Now I'm off to the casino for dinner. Isn't that smart??

I walked a little over 2 miles today. I'm not exactly sure how much over since I did do the last lap as a full once around the circle since these guys appeared in the park. I just did a whole 33 minutes on the treadmill. I even ran for a whole minute. I know it's not a lot, but I'm trying to be right and not do anything to jostle my vertebrae too much. I wanted to walk outside since it was pretty, but my dear sweet annoying aunt was in the vicinty and I didn't want to risk her seeing me outside.
