Vacation!!
Yep, perhaps a bit unusual to take it at this time of the year, but I'm still doing it. :) So tomorrow morning I'm leaving for Hurghada, Egypt (Ar. Al Ghardaqah). I still can't quite wrap my mind around going to Africa!! And it's Egypt, which is totally cool.
They offer tours to Cairo (the National Museum!!!) and the Pyramids, and also to Luxor -- I am SO going there. I'd love to go to Mount Sinai too, but that may turn out a bit expensive, as it's quite far from Hurghada -- will figure out what to do when I'm there.
The bit that makes me a teeny bit anxious is going on my own -- my usual travel companion has just switched jobs, and there was no way she could get any time off.
Will be back in a week, with pictures and all! :)
