(no subject)
Friday night Ollie cried for 12 1/2 hours.
from 11am until 11.30 pm he was awake and either feeding or crying.
I was home by myself all night, and I'll tel lyou this: I was about ready to slap him one.
But being slightly more controlled than that, I closed the doors and went for a walk down the driveway (Caitlyn was sleeping by then). Our driveway is pretty long and i was halfway down it before I couldn't hear him anymore. but that calmed me down enough.
But, on the positive side, I think it was a HUGE turning point. Up until then, every night from around 6-10 he would be awake, and every morning from aorund 8-12 he would do the same.
Now yesterday, he was awake from about 10-12, but fairly calm. He was happy to lie in his bed and watch us go in and out and just suck away on his sucker, and then after a lunchtime feed, he went to sleep for 5 hours. Then, he did the same last night and even actually slept!
We're through it, and I'm so happy!
