(no subject)
Okay, so I'm home and sick. Lucky me.
While driving home, I developed a sinus infection. Oh the joys of being sick. I have been downing sinus pills, sleeping ten-plus hours a day, and drinking a lot of liquids since my throat is constantly dry. Woot fucking woot.
It's nice to be home, I have to admit. It's nice to be with my family again and just relax. I've been watching TV and feeling extremely guilty because, at school, if I was watching TV, that meant that I really should be doing work, and thus, I never watched too much TV. However, I have no work now, so I have been watching some TV, but I still feel guilty. Ha-ha. That school-ness in me still lives.
I have a job lined up, which is nice. I will be able to make money this summer. Overall, it will be nice to go back to work; the people are really nice and they seem to like me, which is always a plus.
Damn, this entry is extremely random.
Leaving school this year was extremely hard. I normally am like "yeah, I'll be back next year, no big deal." However, the putties are leaving this year due to graduation, bien sur, and are not coming back next year. What will Ronald and I do without them? They are our closest friends at school, and the four of us are ALWAYS hanging out. I am not sure what I will do without them. I mean, fortunately, I will have Ronald and she and I will hang out and do fun things as we always do. I am so lucky in that sense to still have her; if she was leaving me...that would be more devastating than the putties leaving me. However, and Ronald will understand this, this is the first time in two years that I have not lived with the putties. I'll be living in the sorority house, which is fine, and we will have an amazing-sized room, but still...NO PUTTIES! :(
I should go take a shower since I am smelly and should actually be properly dressed for once. I was able to see my adoptive-grandmother yesterday, who is hysterical and I love her. Today, we will be going out with family friends. sigh
