Draco's eyes were feral as Ron approached him. The atmosphere in the hospital room was tense, thick enough to choke on.
Ron stopped at the foot of the bed and gripped the frame for support.
"Why?" he whispered, feeling anger pulse at his temple.
Draco sneered, bearing teeth.
"To make you suffer."
Ron's grip on the wood tightened.
"If you think hurting yourself would make me suffer," he hissed, "then you're entirely right. You've bloodly done just that."
He stalked around the bed to lean down over the glaring man.
"You have my undivided attention. Now what do you want?"
