Valentine's Day off
Everyone is off today for the snow. I got in a good workout last night, and saw Alex while he was here for his date with Kevin, and enjoyed lots of cozy time last night, both alone and with loved ones. I felt a bit of a jerk for calling in this morning after telling my co-workers that I planned to come in, but now I see that everyone called in. I would have been the only loser driving 25 miles to work. Today I slept in like it was Saturday, and am enjoying more cozy time. I love being trapped in the house with Kevin on a day like this. He baked cookies. We're both giving each other the looks and squeezes that promise really hot sex later. There's lamb for dinner. I have the last episode of the last season of The Sopranos from Netflix. I've sent out a sweet and dorky note to my dear ones. I am slightly sore from last night's workout, and wearing warm, comfortable clothes instead of the shirt and tie I would have to wear to work. Yum.
