It's that time!

I feel absolutely horrid lately, so I've decided:

No more junk food.
[Candy, cookies, fruit snacks, ice cream, everything!]
At all.

Still haven't decided if chai will be counted in this, although I certainly will cut back on it...I don't think it could be classified as "junk", after all, it's 60% milk.

What do you all think?

If you're getting it with the non-fat milk its probably good for you. Its high in sugar, but otherwise a good source for a lot of other stuff (calcium, potassium vitamin B12, etc) and low in fat and cholesterol. Calcium also helps with weight loss and helps prevent fat storage...so all in all, good stuff really XD
