It's that time!

I feel absolutely horrid lately, so I've decided:

No more junk food.
[Candy, cookies, fruit snacks, ice cream, everything!]
At all.

Still haven't decided if chai will be counted in this, although I certainly will cut back on it...I don't think it could be classified as "junk", after all, it's 60% milk.

What do you all think?
