Ok, I did have to restart about 3 times, (1st was me dying, 2nd and 3rd was me killing it...) but just caught Giratina with none of my party fainting and 3, yes 3 ultraballs.

Awesome. And here I was preparing to throw over 50 ultraballs at it like all the other legendary pokemon in the old games.
