Mark Chapter 13.

So, my reading last night consisted of Mark chapter 13 and Psalms 33. As I'm reading Mark, I'm learning about the coming of our Father and the things that must happen before He comes. Am I the only one who is frightened by the famine that must happen, and the torture that some of us have to go through? The other side of me is all-too willing to go through this for my Jesus, but doesn't it make anyone fear?

An irrational fear, I know, but fear nonetheless. Any thoughts or advice on how to deal with that fear?
