Good turkey day. ^_^ I made the turkey, as I usually do, and it was the best ever. My turkey voodoo worked well enough this time that I considered the white meat not only edible, but actually good, and for me, that's saying something. ^_^ One alteration was adding some oranges and lemons to the mix.
