Tiptoe from the garden, by the garden of the willow tree, and tiptoe through the tulips with me

As promised, here are the pictures from last weekend's Flower and Garden show!
Please be prepared for lots of pictures of flowers. Lots.

Display of flowers

Primroses!

Tulips!

Lilies!

Displays of Lilies

Roses!

Orchid!

Display of Orchids

Daffodils!

Calla Lilies!

More Calla Lilies

Some funky flower I couldn't identify, heh

Leaves!
I liked these ones, because they looked like someone had dripped blood all over them. I have this thing for red-on-green in my plants, like I want Japanese bloodgrass at my future dreamhouse.

Ikebana, which is the art of Japanese Flower Arrangement

I took this one at a deliberately wonky angle

My least favorite tree in the entire world, a Monkey Puzzle tree. They are very unfriendly trees, not like a cheerful fuit tree good for climbing, or birches, good for solitary thoughts. These are mean trees, and I don't care who thinks I'm silly for saying so!

There are always lots of landscape displays brought in, I think somewhere between 25 and 30 total. Here's a sampling of them!

On the skybridge

An aeriel puppet in one of the them!

One entitled "The Awakening"

A fascinating stone-themed one, with South American influences. I loved the angled retaining-wall-type thing going on here!

One was a Farmyard theme, with Corn and Sunflowers growing on the roof...

...and Chickens walking around!

A simple domestic patio-scene.

And some utterly random pix of objects at the show,
like Stargazer Lily bulbs

A royal feather, the Peacock

Pinecones!

A wackadoodley frog :P

Who?

Some metal decorative objects for your yard

Faces on display, a tad creepy since it was right where you walked in!

A cracked-glass globe (I took pictures of the most random stuff!)

And I created an arrangements of succlents and cactus-type plants, bought the bowl and had them plant it all for me. I'm excited to try to keep it alive! I know, the picture sucks, I'll take a better later, my memory card is totally FULL! haha
