I started out this morning washing rocks, and using the flat ones to cobble the bottom of the trench - which I finished digging out. Rocks were washed and laid out in the trench, a spider was saved from drowning, and I hauled dirt to the end of the driveway and sang. So I was out on the porch again, today, digging up rocks. These rocks are in a spot that gets a lot of dirt washed into it; the dirt has been there so long that small happy plants are sprouting out of it. Unfortunately for the small happy plants, the dirt isn't supposed to be there - I'm digging up the rocks and the dirt, getting rid of the dirt, ( Read more... )
