It's unfair, isn't it? We're at that stage where we need guidance but we don't want too much for fear that we'll lose our independance and be pushed into something we don't want to do. I have my GCSEs in like...a month or something, perhaps less than. I've done no revision and I am starting to secretly panic. I'm going into Sixth Form next year to do A Levels: French, English Lit, Theatre Studies and Product Design. After that I have no idea what I want to do. I might want to take a year out, but is that wise to throw away a whole year of my life and forget everything? Perhaps I'll want to work for a bit, but will it be to my disadvantage if I go to Uni a year later?? When I was a little girl I went through hundreds of phases of wanting to 'be' different things: Ballerina, Writer, Artist, Restaurant Owner, Interior Designer, Architecht, Argaeologist, Fashion Designer...I still don't really know what I want to do, but I think something to do with Designing stuff...

Brigid: It would be way cool if you came to Uni near me! But I have no idea of any near here which will suit your needs, so...just ignore me.

I think it would be really cool to go to Art College but I'm no way good enough, I'm struggling with GCSE level and anyway I would have to do it for A Level...NO WAY. Brigid you're deffo cool enough to be an art student!!

I probably won't be near you.. :( I've narrowed it down to towns which are smallish, near the sea and on the west coast. But still if you were to come see me there wouldn't be the boat trip.
