I went contra dancing tonight, on far too little sleep. The band, Big Bandemonium, was friggin' awesome, and my blistered feet are burning. Man did I need that.  I ran in to pamelina there; it was great to see her, and we talked about visiting while I'm in town.

Okay, I'm going to give this a shot. I want to try to describe my experience contra dancing last night, and I'm not sure how well I'm going to be able to translate a visceral, multi-sensual joy into words.
