OW.
Crap. The last time my throat hurt this much was when I had
mono. I thought it was just my usual early progression of a
cold: post-nasal drip inducing a sore throat. It is
not.
My tonsils feel huge and just hurt sitting there.
Except every 20 seconds or so, when I have to swallow; then it hurts in
my ear canals,too. Oh, well. Hopefully it's this bad right now because
of a night sleeping in a dry room without a humidifier. I'm
sipping honegar (An old Yankee remedy: honey, cider vinegar and boiling water.) and it seems to be
doing some good. I'll see if I can get back to sleep when I finish it.
