God is so awesome!
I've given my dating relationship totally to Him.
I confess me and Cynthia have been dating for ourselves. We've gone through about 3 times saying something's wrong, agreeing to do something about it, and then doing nothing. We even eradicated kissing...but God was telling me (and I knew He was telling me) to do more. I gave a

I heard about that book, it's about casual Christian dating. Don't take offense to this, it's not point towards you, I don't like casual dating. It's kinda stupid...you're just giving yourself up to someone that you'll regret later. For every kiss or hug or hand held you give to someone that is not your wife...you can't give that to your wife later on. I'm dating right now...and if things continue as they are going I will marry her within a few years. 2-4 probably...we're only 17 right now though, so it's a while off...but two or three years isn't that far.
There is a huge comittment that I've made to her...and her to me. We are dating because we see qualities we would like to be in our spouces in each other. We're not in "like" we're in love, and it grows deeper everyday.
I guess if you're going to date casually you might as well do it with Christian principles. As for me I won't date causally anymore...I've been down that road...it sucks.
We are using a book though. Boy Meets Girl by Joshua Harris. Same dude that wrote I Kissed Dating Goodbye. If I said all this and I was off...I'm really sorry, lol. I'm just going by what another friend on lj said, ucfchic to be prescise.
Thanks for the comments, they're appreciated. I hope you don't think I just tore you apart...I might have come across harshly (not really intended) and it wasn't aimed towards you. May God bless your life and again thank you for the comments!
God bless!

Yah I didn't get the idea from that book, but I did get it from a book. It was from Boy Meets Girl. He and his fiance were lying next to each other in a hammock taking a nap and he was convicted by the Holy Spirit.
After that he made a list of what he would and would not do physically and made about 150 copies of it and handed it out to everyone involved in the wedding, the parents, the preacher, the groomsman, best man, maid of honor, even the flower girl. They all were suppossed to hold them accountable and a lot did.
